Fancy something delicious and nutritious?
2 medium zucchini chopped
garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 lemon juice
Sea salt to taste
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 1/4 tsp paprika
3/4 cups sesame seeds soaked (1 1/2 cups after soaking)
3/4 raw tahini
1. Blend everything except sesame seeds + tahini until smooth.
2. Add sesame seeds and blend until smooth.
3. Pour blended mixture into a bowl and stir in tahini until well mixed. If its too thick do in blender.
4. Garnish with parsley, paprika + a swirl of olive oil.
Note….use as much garlic + salt as you desire…. I enjoy less garlic + use only Celtic, Himalayan or Aust Sea Salt.
This is such a good go-to recipe when you are wanting something delish to add to your salad or sandwich.
Use this variation if beans are hard to digest or you are too acidic.
