Spring explodes into life!  A time of re-birth of getting back out there into life.  Our passion for life is restored, we’re inspired for a fresh start, we have new energy to initiate ideas into action.   But after a long cold Winter we can often feel less than spring inspired.

I was drawn to create a retreat that would cocoon you in the ancient healing vibrations of yoga, sound + energy medicine to clear, balance, open and harmonize body, heart + spirit to ignite your shakti energy.
This 1/2 day retreat offers you space to rise up, reclaim your soul’s gifts, remember your dreams, reveal your gold + say YES to life, love + Spring.
