It was our first Retreat back since the world changed in 2020… and it was so good to be back doing what I love to do.
We had a beautiful group of women who arrived feeling exhausted, grey, brittle, anxious, stressed + in so much need of the healing + nourishment that our Retreat offers.
We gently released + repaired from cells to surface as we re-awakened our senses + spirit through the beauty of Bali, divine spa treatments+ we soaked up the joy of not having to shop, cook or clean up to create a dish that made our taste buds hum. As we re-connected to our bodies wisdom, listened to our feminine intuition + honoured it we met our wise inner healer, wild soul, wise woman + divine goddess. We are all of them… We just lost contact with her.
With our daily Colour Oracle Cards we discovered new colours that spoke to the woman that was emerging as the veils were peeled away + the layers of covid were forever shed. Inspired by the colour cards we were all discovering new outfits with not a grey or melbourne black amongst them instead we wore Ruby, Pinks, Golds, Magenta, Turquoise, White, Soft Pinks + Blues… We all had our nails re-done with colours that were speaking to our awakening hearts. Our final card for the retreat was from the Priestess of Light to help reveal the sacred light that is now vibrating in our cells + spirit.
It never ceases to amaze me as I watch the women unfurl… casting off layers of being super woman + she became who she truly is…
Each year we create new workshops to suit the theme of the Retreat + this year we offered Amulets + Sacred Jewellery, Clean Beauty, Happy Heart ~ Happy Life = Happy Boobs, Songs of the Heart + of course our Bali Glow Make-Overs.
The Bali Glow is when all the magic from our yoga, spa, insights + the beauty + healing of Bali comes together ….. and the Bali Goddess is present. These queens were glowing!!!!!!
We love every Retreat + each holds a special place in our hearts and we are humbled + grateful for the women who joined us this year….. as Trudy + I navigated the huge gap between this + our last retreat.
Already we are planning our 2025 Soul Shine Retreat…
Our 6 Senses Retreat bought us together thru laughter, tears, long conversations over coffee or a delish meal or after a luxurious spa treatment ~ the modern day version of the Red Tent. When women come together in circle it brings us home to our wisdom, power, love + Feminine Spirit.
We came as one but left as Sisters……
