It was an amazing experience to watch the ladies blossom from simply receiving ~ being heard, seen and honoured does wonders!!.

This is the beautiful pathway to our yoga bale.  I always love to get to the bale early to watch everyone as they walk down.
Its very interesting to see the changes that take  place ~ at first everyone power walks with little awareness of the surrounding beauty…

But by the end of the retreat they are walking the path ~ one slow step at a time ~ totally present to the moment….

Just being in this space and drinking in the view seems to have such a relaxing and healing effect.
We were lucky that the acred mountain appeared several mornings
It is considered a blessing to all those who witness her magnificence.
In Bali  whilst practicing yoga I encourage everyone to open their eyes to the beauty around them…
As the retreat progresses they also begin to slowly open to their own inner beauty..

And that is truly the gift of this retreat!

Jasi ~ the inspirational founder of Cantika Spa shares her secrets in making simple organic beauty products.
There is something so nourishing about this day on the retreat….
There are no words that will actually do it justice ~ it just needs to be experienced.

Afterwards we all went out for a delicious lunch that was truly ~ soul food!

The food is alive and so very tasty

We stayed and relaxed chatting and laughing ~ the way it should be after delicious food!
